Situation/Case Study:

This teacher has several roles in the school so often their are conflicting meetings and demands for her time. She is particularly aware of one staff member who may come late to meetings, but is very quick and vocal to point out publicly any shortcomings any other staff may have. She engages in tattling behavior and a lot of negativity and criticisms and tries to "suck other people into her games."
