Situation/Case Study:

This teacher feels the pressure of all the expectations beyond classroom teaching and the time and energy constraints they put on her taking away from her being as prepared as she would like to be or creating the kinds of lessons she would like to implement. The after school demands of meetings, workshops to attend, parents to meet with, grades due, team meetings, end of quarter summaries, and all of these things to be accomplished after student contact time. She pleads for time just to teach.
