PARENT/TEACHER ISSUE

Description:
Similar behaviors but parents are antagonistic to teacher/school. It is the parents' perspective that the problem is the teacher's. It is not their business to figure out what it will take to get their son to work in school, it must be something the teachers are or are not doing, therefore, it is for them to "fix." The teacher feels powerless; everything she has tried has not influenced the student's behavior. The teacher is exasperated.
