TEACHER/COLLEAGUE ISSUE

Description:
Teacher was having a discussion with her/his observer about a situation in class. Students inferred that the next year's contract might be in question if teacher didn't make four parent contacts a day and become involved weekly with a classroom management plan (targeting behavior in class). Under the circumstances of having to develop new classes, various different meetings, family obligations, etc., it is very difficult to find the time.
