CURRICULUM AND TEACHING

Description:
I have a seventh grade art class with 12 boys and 4 girls. The girls are doing well and sit together. The boys are way too social. Some of the students did not want to do this class. They signed up for another elective class that closed out. The room is uncomfortable. I called the parent of the girls to find out if they feel ok. It is difficult to balance. The boys are extremely talkative and border disrespectful. Only about half of the boys want to learn.
