STUDENT ACADEMIC PROBLEM

Description:
A student in our class just completed a district math test. The test is basically a review of what we have studied so far this year. I know he once knew the information, but he failed this test. When I took him out to work one-on-one to retest, he was absolutely clueless on what the answers were to be. He has been labeled LD for reading, but this day it appeared he was totally in the dark in math. He re-tested and still failed.
