STUDENT ACADEMIC PROBLEM

Description:
One student was not motivated to learn. He had lots of missing assignments. He was saying, "I'm stupid". Parents were hard to reach. They didn't follow through at home. We decided to have a meeting with the parents. A plan was in place for the student. He has improved greatly since then. Why? We worked hard to get the parents to understanding the importance of their support at home. The teachers were willing to do extra work for the student and his family. The weekly communication is keeping everyone up to the speed so that any problems can be dealt with right away.
