Situation/Case Study:
STUDENT/TEACHER ISSUE

Description:
The teacher was talking informally with a student at the end of the class period. The student teases the teacher and the teacher teases the student. A second student, not involved in the discussion, chimes in to the conversation and says to the teacher, "You shouldn't talk like that to the student. We can go to the office and get you fired." The teacher is shocked and asked the student she was originally talking to if she had offended her in any way? The student laughingly said "Not at all." The teacher offered an apology anyway but was very concerned with the student's reaction.
