Situation/Case Study:

The teacher wants to work with kids who want to be there, work hard, and also have fun. Instead the teacher ends up spending lots of time with kids who do not want to work, either trying to get them to work or trying to get them to where they belong in the building. The teacher is concerned about how to get important things - academic and interpersonal - done.
