TEACHER ROLE/RESPONSIBILITY

Description:
Teacher feels that she has full-time responsibilities in an eighth-tenths position. There isn't enough time to complete her responsibilities. A lot of teachers stop by to ask for help. Should I leave at 3:00 p. m. as my contract states or should I stay to help the teachers. I am concerned about doing a good job my first year.
