STUDENT ACADEMIC PROBLEM

Description:
Extension of the same student, who has no parental support to have available medications, is failing all subjects. He makes impulsive and irrelevant remarks if called on; produces no work without one-on-one supervision; and behaviors seem to be escalating. No apparent resource available for teacher to get help for the child or herself.
