Reflective Practice Groups (RPGs) are a systematic way to process classroom events in a supportive environment focused on professional growth.

On this web site, the user has access to approximately 150 case studies or summaries of RPG meetings over the course of three years. In addition, the site documents approximately 1100 teaching dilemmas faced by real teachers in real classrooms.

This project was supported by a research and development grant from the Minnesota Board of Teaching and resulted in a collaboration with a suburban school district and Augsburg College, Macalester College, The College of St. Catherine and the University of St. Thomas.

The following individuals participated as college facilitators: Bonnie Fisher, CSC, Bev Schuler, CSC, Diane Heacox, CSC, Linda Distad, CSC, Joan Cady Brownstein, UST, Ann DeGree, UST, Deb Wingert, UST, Bernadette Newton, CSJ, CSC, Richard Germundsen, Augsburg, Ann Jensen, Augsburg, Gretchen Irvine, Augsburg, Diana Swanson, Macalester, Vicki Olson, Augsburg.
