SYSTEMIC POLICY ISSUE

Description:
I have an unusual classroom set up; it is in the team area. For my second grade flex group class time, which is 20 minutes long, the other classes in the team area have fruit break. Students are noisy, I have to raise my voice for my class to hear, and I feel it is a terrible distraction to my class.
