PARENT/TEACHER ISSUE

Description:
A student in my room scored in the 1% for reading on the Stanford test. I have set up two different conferences. I have told his mom it is important that we meet but she has an excuse. I do not feel comfortable with just a phone conference as I want to suggest testing. I am upset that this parent is not coming.
