Situation/Case Study:

This teacher is not tenured and is unsure of where he will be teaching next year, though he has been assured of a position. But he feels that in some instances there are non-tenured teachers who are not even certain of that. The district has steps and procedures they have to follow and deadlines by which time people are to be informed. But, they are not following them resulting in feelings of resentment and insecurity, all of which take away from the energy and enthusiasm and commitment to the end of this year's situation.
