SYSTEMIC POLICY ISSUE

Description:
How do teachers and paraprofessionals serve all the kids? The "misuse" of the Structured Study option still creates a discrepancy for the classroom teachers. Supervisor not "walking her talk" after being confronted; since that discussion she is giving kids pop as her treat...kids are misbehaving so they get sent to the SS. Teachers are trying not to use Structured Study and then are left figuring out how to address the students' disruptive behavior while they are trying to conduct instructions.
