Situation/Case Study:

At a recent staff meeting supervision of halls was added on to workload. The teacher perceived this as extra work with no extra time to do it. On the other hand, the teacher also saw the usefulness of being in the hall and interacting with the kids during passing time. The issue revolved around what is the best use of prep time-planning/preparation or interaction with kids?
