Situation/Case Study:
PARENT/TEACHER ISSUE

Description:
As I reflect about parent/teacher conferences, I have one conference that sticks in my mind. I felt that I might have been too harsh about informing the parents about the child. The parents were very surprised to hear some of things I told them, i.e., pencil grip, self-concept, etc. They seemed to embellish guilt upon themselves. My concern was to inform them so they would know areas to work on. Some extra stress about only having one parent/teacher conference.
