Situation/Case Study:

A teacher must share a classroom with another teacher who is unhappy about the situation. When the second teacher comes into the classroom during the period he/she is to use it, the first teacher has left the room in disarray. The first teacher has a part`icular chair that he/she does not allow the second teacher to use. He/she accuses the second teacher of letting the students sit in the "special chair". The first teacher accused the second of poor class management.
