SYSTEMIC POLICY ISSUE

Description:
Our school is over budget for copying expenditures for the year. After taking time to analyze what is allowed per student per day we identified three copies. This does not come close to meeting our needs. We have been asked over the past few years to "beef up the curriculum."

Teachers feel they are not heard and/or respected for what they need.

Solutions:
Use back-to-back copies as often as we can. As a faculty brainstorm ways to avoid the use of the copy machine. Ask for use of copy machine this year and look into possibilities for next year.
