Applying for Admission to Major or Change of Major
CERTIFICATE AND ASSOCIATE PROGRAMS
Students who wish to change programs or majors must first meet with the program director for the new program and then complete a reenrollment form. Reenrollment forms can be obtained in the Registrar's Office. Once completed, the forms are submitted to the Registrar's office. In some departments, it may be necessary to limit the number of applications approved in any given year because of limited clinical facilities, internship opportunities or other similar factors related to required learning experiences in the program.
BACCALAUREATE PROGRAMS
Normally, you will select a major field of study before the end of your sophomore year. Departmental approval is required for admission to some majors. Forms for this purpose may be obtained online.
