Program Description:
The Extended Program is an option that allows students to complete an associate degree program over three-year period. Typically, students in the Extended Program take one year of liberal arts and sciences course work before enrolling in professional program course work. Some students in the Extended Program are required to complete foundational course work in specific areas determined by placement testing. Extended Program students usually enroll for six to 12 credit hours per semester. Extended Program Seminars are offered throughout the year to enhance the Extended Program experience and to assist students in preparing for professional program course work.
