Course Description:
The health and fitness liberal arts core requirement may be satisfied by completing two different activity classes. Course offerings include Aerobics, Badminton, Jazz and Social Dance, Fencing, First Aid and CPR, Fitness for Living, Golf, Ice Skating, Lifeguard Training, Racquetball, Relaxation, Self-Defense, Swimming, Tennis, Triathlon Training, Volleyball, Walk-Jog-Run, Water Fitness, Water Safety Instructor, Weight Training and Yoga. Classes are offered in the Day Program, Weekend College and in the summer.
