Course Description:
Seminars have an interdisciplinary, liberal arts focus and are usually team taught. Class size is limited and relies heavily on student discussion. Recent Honors Seminar topics have included women's health issues, images of African Americans in popular culture, Mary Queen of Scots and the making and meaning of comedy. Honors Seminars often can fulfill a liberal arts core requirement. An Honors student is required to take at least two Honors Seminars. Offered each semester.
