Weekend College majors include accounting, business administration, communication, elementary education, health information management, information management, management information systems, nursing, occupational science: pre-occupational therapy, philosophy: applied ethics, sales, speech communication and social work. Additional majors in English, theology and women's studies are available in a combined day/evening/weekend format. (The ACTC exchange program does not apply to Weekend College students.)

When students select a major field of study, they ordinarily choose course work from one academic discipline. In addition, several major disciplines offer a choice of concentrations from which the student must select one. Other disciplines offer optional concentrations beyond the core requirements for the major. Students also may choose to do work in a minor field of study.
