Residence Hall Room and Board Rates

Eligibility: Only students enrolled with six or more credits at St. Catherine’s are eligible for residency in College housing. The College reserves the right to refuse any application.

Apartments*
One bedroom (average per student)..........$2,133–$3,709 per semester
Two bedroom (average per student)..........$1,681–$5,292 per semester

Board
Platinum $1,495 per semester
Gold $1,145 per semester
Silver $795 per semester
Bronze $350 per semester

Minneapolis campus room rate............................$1,500 per semester

The figures indicated above are proposed for the 2007–08 academic year and are subject to change in 2008–09. Housing is available during the month of January at no additional cost if the student is contracted for the entire academic year. For additional information, contact the Residence Life office.
