Applying for Admission to Major or Change of Major

CERTIFICATE AND ASSOCIATE PROGRAMS
Students who wish to change programs or majors must complete the required paperwork. Forms for this purpose can be obtained in the Registrar’s Office.

BACCALAUREATE PROGRAMS
Normally, you will select a major field of study before the end of your sophomore year by applying for admission to the department. Departmental approval of the application is required for admission to the major. Forms for this purpose may be obtained online. In some departments, it may be necessary to limit the number of applications approved in any given year because of limited clinical facilities, internship opportunities or other similar factors related to required learning experiences in the program.
