ACTC Registration
St. Kate's students register for classes online using Banner and Kateway. The Office of the Register sets the calendar and registration times for each semester and summer. Generally, registration for Fall begins in April, Winter registration begins in November and Summer registration is in March. Specific information for the current academic year can be found on the Registrar's web site.
Continuing students self-register online. Students are expected to utilize available information on degree and major requirements, knowledge of their own abilities and interests and consultation with advisors to select coursework. Students are encouraged to schedule meetings with their advisors one to two weeks prior to their registration time. Advisor assignments are listed in Kateway, to find your advisor:

If there is not an adviser listed, contact our office at 651-690-6803 or email Academic Advising
Incoming student registration is completed by the Academic Advising office, after students have attended a registration event and submitted course selections. For detailed information, refer to the "Incoming Students" tab on this site.
PIN Numbers
Students with less than 60 credit hours are required to meet with their academic advisor to discuss course selection and obtain a PIN number. The PIN number will be required for initial online registration and for any changes to registration. New PIN numbers are assigned for each Fall and Winter registration until the student has completed 60 credits. Only the student's assigned academic advisor or the Office of Academic Advising have access to the students' PIN number.
Holds
Holds typically prevent a student from registering for classes, making adjustments to courses or obtaining a transcript. The college utilizes the hold to enforce policies. You can use KateWay/Banner to see if you have any holds and to determine how to resolve the holds.
