Auditing Courses at the College of St. Catherine
ALUMNAE AUDIT PROGRAM
As a service to its alumnae and to provide for their educational enrichment, the College offers an educational discount to its graduates. Alumnae of The College of St. Catherine who have earned a B.A., M.A., 2nd major, or graduate certificate from CSC are eligible to take as an audit student one undergraduate bachelor’s level class per academic year for free. All required books, lab, and supply fees must be paid in full by the student.
TO APPLY FOR THE ALUMNAE AUDIT DISCOUNT PROGRAM, PLEASE DO THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
- Information about courses and registration dates are available online only at www.stkate.edu, go to: Office of the Registrar, Course Schedules or the direct link is http://minerva.stkate.edu/CourseSchedules.nsf. Click on 2007-2008 Course Schedule and fill in the information to search for specific classes.
- You must have the written permission of the instructor to audit a class. Electronic mail from the professor to the Registrar’s Office is acceptable. Audit spaces are limited.
- Stop by the ALUMNAE OFFICE (on the fourth floor of Derham Hall), and pick up an Alumnae Audit Discount Program application (this form), and a verification card (not online). You may call to have the forms sent to you if you can not download and print this form.

- Go to the REGISTRAR’S OFFICE, 229 Derham Hall, to fill out a Class Registration Form and submit it to the Registrar’s Office with your verification card and the completed application. Submit forms no later than the first day of classes for the term in which the discount is requested. Late applications will not be approved for payment. You must submit a new application each academic year you wish to receive a discount.
