St. Catherine Alumnae AwardCALL FOR NOMINATIONS FOR THE ST. CATHERINE ALUMNAE AWARD
Time to work on your recommendation! Nominations are due by January 31, 2008.
Time to work on this important award!
Nominees should exhibit:
- leadership,
- service to humanity,
- professional excellence,
- dedication to spiritual growth and ideals,
- influential positions in home, profession, community, church or volunteer activities,
- support of the College’s ideals and of the image of the College and its alumnae.
Candidates must be members of the Association.
Nominees must be able to attend the award presentation on Thursday, June 19, 2008; travel funds can be provided if necessary.
Please respond to all of the following questions in the order given:
- Alumna nominated, address, phone, and email
- Major during College years ä Date of graduation
- General biographical data and details of activities since leaving St. Catherine’s (include dates and places)
- Basis for nomination (Detailed background information is very helpful to the committee.)
- Ongoing relationship with CSC
How she:
- Personifies the College’s ideals
- Cultivates a positive image of the College ;
- Demonstrates service to others in home, community, church or volunteer activity;
- Exhibits excellence in chosen profession/vocation;
- Demonstrates leadership;
- Serves as role model and mentor to others
- Why you feel she should receive the award.
- Letters of recommendation are welcome but please limit them to no more than three.
- Your name, address, phone ä Month, date, and year of nomination.
