Tuesday Classes begin February 20th and run through May 8th
Wednesday Classes begin March 28th and run through May 9th
Thursday Classes begin February 8th and run through May 10th

The MIXX - This class will include 25-30 minutes minimum of varied cardio activities such as: kickboxing, step, low and high impact aerobics and plyometrics. Also includes resistance training for those trouble spots and, of course, AB work. This is the class for you and the instructors would love to tailor it to your needs.
