| Notes | After four years on both the track & field and cross-country teams at Gustavus, Henderson graduated with MIAC athletic (5000M) and academic honors (3 years). He was also team captain, team MVP and had Gustavus top ten times in events from 1500 to 10K. Henderson continues to train and compete competitively on the Minnesota road racing circuit. He and his wife Kate reside in St. Paul. |

| Notes | At St. Olaf, Ruud earned All-American honors her senior year in the 55 meter hurdles. Becky also participated in two other National meets. At the MIAC level, Ruud earned numerous all-conference honors, including five conference championships. Ruud also ran cross-country at St. Olaf, where she made the regional team as a senior. She was a two-time captain of track and field and earned MVP three times. She was a four year letter winner in both track and cross country and holds five school records.
At St. Kate’s, Ruud works mainly with the sprinters, jumpers, hurdlers, relays and athletes doing multi-event. |

| Notes | At St. Lawrence, Bryan was a four time NCAA qualifier in the 35# weight and hammer throw. Bryan earned All American honors his senior year in the weight throw and was voted Mondo DIII Atlantic Region Athlete of the Year in 2004. In New York State, Bryan was a 3 time NYSCTC champion and earned top 8 finishes a total of eight times in hammer, weight, and discus. He was captain of the track and field team and was voted St. Lawrence's Outstanding Senior Athlete. |

| Notes | In her first season with the Wildcats, coach Walters will work primarily with the high jump, long jump and triple jump athletes. As a student-athlete Walters was an outstanding multi-event athlete in the MIAC. Her accomplishments include being a six-time MIAC Conference Champion, a six-time MIAC Conference runner-up. Walters also competed at the NCAA National Championships, setting 5 school records. In addition to being a team captain and MVP, Walters was a well-rounded student-athlete whose achievements include being honored as an Academic All-American.
Walters works in the Grants Office at the College of St. Catherine, lives in Eagan with her husband Scott and two year old son Will. Who has taken after his mom and loves playing on the high jump mats and in the long jump sand. |
