Resources for Alumnae Transitioning or Conducting a Job Search

KatieClick, the University's Online Job Posting and Search Site

Current and past students in the St. Kate's community use KatieClick to find open positions. Numerous organizations post a variety of jobs of all levels to KatieClick because they value the education and professionalism of Katies. We highly recommend you utilize it when in the midst of a job change. To access KatieClick, send an email to letting us know you would like an account. In the email provide your full name including middle initial, graduation year, and major. Once your account is created we will let you know via an email. (For those of you familiar with KatieClick Alumnae, please note: KatieClick Alumnae will no longer be available as of October 31, 2012.  Instead, all job postings appropriate for alumni will be funneled into the main KatieClick database.)

Post Jobs and Internships for Students and Alums

If you or your organization would like to post job or internship opportunities for current students or alums, we welcome it! Utilize our online job posting and search site, called KatieClick. Create an account in KatieClick and submit your posting. Posting a position is always free when you are linked to St. Catherine University in the Experience site that KatieClick is in and use the "Basic Post" option. Volunteer to Connect with a Current Student

Share your expertise with a St. Kate’s student! There are two steps to becoming a volunteer. First, create an account in KatieClick Alumna (click here for downloadable/printable instructions on creating an account). Then complete your profile in Katie CareerNet, (Click here for downloadable/printable instructions) and your information will become part of a database of alumnae volunteers that students can search when they are seeking career advice, informational interviews, ideas about “what to do with a major in…” and other career development issues. The time commitment is what you choose to make it – you can indicate how you prefer to interact with students.

Moving Resources

UrbanBound assists with relocation to select cities. Researching the new locale in advance is easy using their extensive information about neighborhoods, businesses, schools, etc. To help with logistics, UrbanBound organizes your move with to do lists and reminders,  helps you secure bids from moving companies, and connects you to realtors and other services that are necessary to setting up a new home.
