Important Deadlines and Reminders
Registration Information for Financial Aid Recipients
Semester students
For maximum aid eligibility, semester students must register for:
- Fall courses by September 12, 2012,
- Spring courses by February 11, 2013,
- Summer courses by June 5, 2013.
Students who add courses after these registration dates may not be eligible for full disbursement of all types of aid.
State Update
There are deadlines for students eligible for the Minnesota State Grant. Students must submit a FAFSA within 30 days of the start of the term in order to be eligible for Minnesota State Grant funding in that term. Late applicants may still receive Minnesota State Grant for subsequent terms.
Semester students must have a FAFSA receipt date on or before October 4 to receive the Minnesota State Grant for the fall 2012 semester, March 5 for the spring 2013 semester and July 2 for the summer 2013 term.
