Meet the Corporate & Foundation Staff
Nicki Hines, Senior Grant Writer, assists faculty and staff in developing projects and securing funding to make those projects happen. From developing an idea to writing proposals to managing awarded grants, Nicki is a resource for faculty. She also works with foundations to ensure that their goals are met in their partnerships with the University. Nicki's focus is on larger projects, University initiatives and national foundations.
Brianne Sampson, Grant Writer, works with foundation officers and St. Kate’s faculty and staff to support grants at the University. With a special focus on seed projects, smaller initiatives, and ongoing programming at the University, Brianne helps faculty and staff to frame projects, develop and write proposals, and manage grants once they are awarded.
Kristine Wyant, Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations, brings a wealth of experience in nonprofit leadership and expertise in development, marketing and communications to St. Catherine University. Kristine oversees all sponsorship and grant efforts from the Corporate and Foundation Relations team. Her expertise at matching a company or foundation’s objectives with the strategic goals of the University have resulted in strong partnerships during her time at St. Kate’s.
