  • Power and Possibilities; A Leadership Program for Women of Color on April 29, 2009 is a unique opportunity for organizations to reach out to 400 women of color. This year's keynote speaker is Linda Alvarado, President and CEO of Alvarado Construction, Inc., owner of the Colorado Rockies, and corporate director on prominent boards.
     
  • The 9th annual GetConnected! Conference presented by the International Institute for Women Entrepreneurs on May 6. This event is one of the many ways the Institute engages women entrepreneurs and provides exceptional, timely educational program to help these women advance their growing businesses. Currently, the Institute has over 4,000 women business owners and executives as members.
