Giving Stock from your Shareowner Services Account: The Office of Development

These stock giving instructions are for individuals who wish to donate stock from their book-entry accounts that are managed by Wells Fargo’s Shareowner Services. Wells Fargo’s Shareowner Services manages employee/retiree stock accounts for numerous companies, some of which are: 3M Company, Eli Lilly and Company, General Mills, Medtronic, St. Paul Travelers Company, Tennant Company and Wells Fargo & Company.

To donate shares in your Shareowner Services account:

1.	Obtain a stock power form from Wells Fargo Shareowner Services on the Internet at http://www.wellsfargo.com/shareownerservices and click on “Forms” or by calling them at (800) 401-1957.
2.	Fill out the form, using the following information for the University as “transferee”:
	St. Catherine University 2004 Randolph Ave., Box F-12 St. Paul, MN 55105-1789 Tax ID Number 41-0695509
3.	Have your signature(s) guaranteed in the Medallion format at your bank or credit union. (Be sure to call first to verify that they offer this service.)
4.	Mail the completed stock power form to:
	Shareowner Services P.O. Box 64854 St. Paul, MN 55164-0854
5.	Mail a copy of the stock power form to the Development Office at St. Catherine University (at the address listed above) to let them know the gift is on its way. Please also indicate your gift’s designation, if any.
