Safety and Security
The safety and security of students, faculty and staff are of the utmost importance. While campus safety is the responsibility of every member of the campus community, the University employs trained security officers whose main responsibilities include the safety and security of the individuals on campus and the property of the University.
Trained escorts are available to accompany students, faculty and staff to their vehicles as they leave campus. The University complies with all local, state and federal guidelines regarding campus security programs. These services are all provided by the Department of Public Safety.
