Application for a Degree or Certificate
When students are prepared to complete degree or certificate requirements, they must file the online Intent to Graduate form by the published deadline. Students who are pursuing a degree and a certificate simultaneously file the form once, when they have completed all of their requirements. MSW students file a Petition for Graduation form with the MSW office during the term prior to that in which all graduate requirements will be completed.
Upon receipt of the form, the Registrar's Office will verify the student's eligibility for graduation and include the student as a candidate for graduation. Students are charged a $100 graduation processing fee the term they graduate (MSW students are not charged by the College of St. Catherine). Students will not receive a diploma or final transcript until all course work is completed and all financial obligations to the College have been met.
