Course Format

While all graduate courses at the College of St. Catherine bear semester credit, they are offered on either a weekend or a semester calendar. Each weekend term is one-third of an academic year. Fall weekend term runs from September to December, winter from January to April and spring from April to July. A semester is one-half of an academic year. Fall semester runs from September to December and winter semester from February to May.
