Kinesiology is the study of muscle physiology, biomechanical principles, functional anatomy, joint and muscle structure and function. You will learn how kinesiology principles apply to occupational performance. Principles of kinesiology will be applied to the following conditions: osteoarthritis, spinal cord injury, hip fracture, joint replacement, connective tissue injuries, peripheral nerve injuries, work-related musculoskeletal injuries and ergonomics.
Successful completion of all prior MAOT program coursework.
