Statement of Nondiscrimination

The Vice President for Enrollment Management and Dean of Student Affairs is responsible for coordinating the University’s compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the American Disabilities Act of 1990 and all other applicable laws and regulations prohibiting discrimination in college programs for students.
