Since 1986, St. Catherine's coeducational Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL) program has helped transform working professionals into leaders who thrive amid the challenges, changes and opportunities of today's workplace. As the first multidisciplinary graduate leadership program in the country, we've built a stellar reputation by responding to the changing needs of our students and the places they work, and by constantly adapting our curriculum to prepare you for tomorrow's needs today.
As an MAOL student, you take most of your classes in a weekend format during three terms (from September through June). Classes are held Friday evenings or Saturday mornings or afternoons for eight alternating weekends during a 14-week term.
By taking two classes per term, you can complete the program in about two years - or, by taking four classes per year, you can complete the program in about three years. The weekend schedule gives you the time and flexibility to maintain professional responsibilities and family commitments.
Graduate certificates also are available for those who wish to complete a specified cluster of courses within the MAOL curriculum.
