How to access technology resources, passwords, and how to get help from the Help Desk
Your Primary password is to access four systems, Network, KateWay, Blackboard and Webmail.
You must use the Reset Password Now button on the KateWay login page create or change your password.
NOTE: If you enter an incorrect password five times you will be locked out. If you are locked out it is only for fifteen minutes. If you try to reset your password during this time you will still be locked out! Please wait fifteen minutes to log in.
