| Description: | This document shows you how to uninstall software in Windows XP. The screen shots in this document are based on unistalling anti-virus software before installing McAfee anti-virus, but it is the same procedure that you would use for removing any other software, including CISCO CLEAN ACCESS. You cannot just delete software,you have to uninstall it through the Add/Remove Programs applet in Windows Control Panel.
