Nonviolent Communication Workshop Objectives

Participants will be able to

• Greatly benefit all parties in conflict using Nonviolent Communication^SM in conflict resolution
• More fully understand the benefits of conflict and the role of empathy in achieving resolution
• Practice and refine empathy delivery
• Assist both parties in a conflict to understand their own feelings and unmet needs
• Practice and refine ability to support own neutrality while supporting both party’s needs
• Identify and assist client development of effective and satisfying resolution strategies
• Create a connection between the parties in a conflict that allows everyone’s needs to be met
