Voter Registration and Education
Fall, 2004
For this year's election efforts the Center presented eight Voter Education Forums. The guest speakers addressed topics from Immigration, to Health Care, to War and Terrorism. There were between 40 and 150 people at each.
Our ongoing campaign to register voters was also quite successful. We registered 175 new voters and drove 200 voters to the polls on November 2.
