St. Catherine University expects that any student complaint will be filed in accordance with procedures currently in place before resolution is sought from a state agency, program accreditor or the University’s accreditation body.

Pursuant to the Department of Education’s requirements, St. Catherine University is required to make available to students and prospective students contact information for filing complaints with its accreditor and state approval or licensing entity and any other relevant state official or agency that would appropriately handle a student’s complaint.

For students from Minnesota, the links to the Minnesota Office of Higher Education and the Higher Learning Commission are provided below. For students from out of state, please note the link (s) to agencies in your home state. In addition, links are available to program accrediting bodies if the concern is about educational quality or other accreditation requirements.
