Video Policy St. Catherine University students, faculty and staff should be aware that Federal Copyright Law restricts the use of videocassettes on campus. By law, videocassettes available from video stores labeled for “Home Use Only” mean just that. To publicly display any videocassette outside the classroom, one must acquire a public performance license.
