Statement on Nondiscrimination

The dean of student affairs and enrollment management is responsible for coordinating the university's compliance with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and all other applicable laws and regulations prohibiting discrimination in university programs for students. ***Complaints by students that the university has discriminated against them in violation of this policy should be made to and will be investigated by the dean of students. Students enrolled on the Minneapolis campus can also contact the associate director of students in the Student Life Office on the Minneapolis campus. The vice president of student affairs may appoint a committee to assist in the investigation and will see that the appropriate action is taken following the investigation.
